Pelaksanaan Jaminan Sosial Kecelakaan Kerja pada Pekerja Toko Modern (Supermarket) di Kabupaten Badung

Ada pun rumusan masalah yakni (1)Bagaimana pelaksanaan jaminan sosial kecelakaan pekerja pada Toko Modern di Kabupaten Badung? (2)Faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala Toko Modern tidak mengikut sertakan pekerja dalam program jaminan sosial kecelakaan kerja Kabupaten Badung? Penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian empiris. Dikarenakan dalam penelitian ini meneliti orang dalam hubungan hidup di masyarakat maka metode penelitian hukum empiris dapat dikatakan sebagai penelitian hukum sosiologis. Pekerja atau tenaga kerja yang mengikuti Program BPJS ketenagakerjaan memiliki hak berupa pemberian jaminan apabila terlibat dalam kecelakaan kerja. Ruang lingkup jaminan yang dibeikan berupa pelayanan kesehatan, rehabilitasi sampai dengan santunan kematian.Dalam pelaksanaan jaminan sosial di toko modern masih kurangnya pemahaman peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam hal ini pekerja dalam menyiapkan dan menyelesaikan proses administrasi sehingga menyebabkan terlambatnya pengeluaran jaminan yang menjadi hak mereka
