This chapter explores how researchers used a Participatory Action Research (PAR) framework within a constructivist methodology to gather stories of how 16 Victorian school and their communities worked together in learning partnerships to achieve sustainability outcomes. The chapter provides a valuable step-by-step approach for enabling conversations between stakeholders who participate in complex environmental sustainability partnership projects. Focused on how to establish and maintain learning for sustainability projects in schools, they also encourage all engaged stakeholders to reflect on practice and outcomes
