The study deals with the effect of job satisfaction on salesmen intention to leave their organizations. Salesmen effectively play an important role in sales generation and revenue profile of organizations and in building relationships with the firm various publics. His job involves meeting sales targets, deadlines, searching for and retaining contacts which may be strenuous and affect job satisfaction.
