Subungual Osteocartilaginous Exostosis

Subungual exostosis arises underneath the nail plate, originating from the underlying bone. The characteristic appearance of this disorder may occasionally mimic a wide variety of tumors, including subungual verrucae, endochondroma, fibroma, or amelanotic melanoma.
