International audienceThis article aims at describing and comparing the partnerships in place in Québec and in France filtered through their networks of openness and collaboration, and the resources used at the elementary level to develop health education. A common feature in both contexts, student education is the main reason for establishing work partnerships at the school and, as such, resources are found within its own structure. However, there are particularities. In France, actions are often contracted outside the school; teachers consider that specialists are more competent than they are, and external actors differ. They are mostly working with “preventionists” while, in Québec, these actions are undertaken by parents or associations...
