International audienceModel-Based Engineering (MBE) is a promising approachto cope with the challenges of designing the next-generationautomotive systems. The increasing complexity of automo-tive electronics, the platform, distributed real-time embed-ded software, and the need for continuous evolution from onegeneration to the next has necessitated highly productivedesign approaches.
