A study has been conducted on the development of an13; aerodynamics code for subsonic, linear, potential flow13; conditions in three dimensions which could be adapted to13; aerodynamic configurations. A low order formulation using13; constant doublet distribution obtained from quadrilateral13; vortices placed on the edges of panelled surfaces has been13; used to represent the aerodynamic surfaces. In addition to13; the perturbations from the quadrilateral vortices, a constant strength vortex sheet is spread over the surface of the panel adding to the tangential velocity as a consequence of discontinuity across the vortex sheet.
