A general Three-Dimensional elliptic Grid Generation Procedure has been briefly presented. This includes evaluation of control functions interpolated from boundary point distributions. The iterative process used here to solve the equations is point successive over relaxation (SOR) this has been incorporated in a code for a single block grid and it can be extended for any comlicated configuration by using multiblock structure with complete continuity across interface
