Observed sex ratio in birds of Northern Lower Michigan.

This study aims to analyze sex ration among common species in Northern Lower Michigan using mist netting data and to gain a greater understanding of why biases may occur. This is significant because it differs from the expected 1:1 sex ratio normally seen in animal populations. This study will also give insight into some unique behaviors of the targeted populations. In analysis of bird populations of Northern Michigan, data collected from mist netting will be used.
