European Internet Policies Between Regulation and Governance : Main Issues with Content Regulation

International audienceDuring the last decade, the European Union has refined its internetlegislation, policies and practices following a mix of regulation procedure andgovernance process. Internet content regulation is chosen as a case study in thisarticle to illustrate the results of this European navigation between regulationand governance.
