National audienceThe objective of this research is to study the impact of the perceived store proximity of a food convenience store chain on customers’ loyalty. The results of the study led with 909 customers of three different stores highlight first the existence of two complementary roads to understand the formation of consumers’ future behavioural intentions towards the store of a food convenience store chain. One leans mainly on the material store proximity and consumers’ attitude towards this store. The other leans mainly on the immaterial store proximity and consumers’ attachment towards this store.
