The work presented in this thesis includes four gamma-ray spectroscopy studies of four nuclei produced by fission induced by 25 MeV protons, on a thick target of 238U. This experiment was realized at JYFL in Jyväskylä with the multi-detector JUROGAM II. In this manuscript a detailed spectroscopic study of nuclei : 84Se, 86 Se, 83 As and 98Y was performed. The first three nuclei are spherical and they are on or adjacent to the N =50 shell closure. Their studies provide a better understanding of the possible decrease in energy of this shell closure, and also of the interactions used in shell-model calculations.
