Background: The incidence of MI is increasing in all societies, as in Iran, and coronary artery disease is the most common cause of death in Iran. Physical inactivity is the risk factor for MI and activity is a protective factor. Note that the length of hospitalization, function class EF, and required interventions for patients after MI, are the most important determinants of performance for these patients, the current study is performed to evaluate the effect of physical activity on patients with prior MI.
