The determination and prediction of mechanical loading capacity is necessary for newly developed Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC), which are getting used in aerospace technology and many other areas in recent years. In this work Inverse Laminate Theory (ILT) and failure criteria will be studied in order to predict elastic properties and failure of various winding angles under uniaxial loading.
