The paper starts by introducing the areas covered by the TS-X system verification plan. The paper explains the planning and execution of the data takes during the commissioning phase using a dedicated commissioning phase planning tool. From the different areas of commissioning phase characterization and verification a 11- day-repeat cycle based priority concept was established - the overall acquisition schedule.
