Conversion electron spectra : A line shape analysis for permanent magnet spectrographs

A computer analysis of the line shapes for semi-circular magnetic spectrographs has been carried out for a wide variety of parameters. New information on the optimum positioning of the photographic plate for given source and slit configurations has been obtained.
