The aim of "multi-axis transient testing" is the correct stress distributed loading of spacecraft structure hardware. Following this test approach, further practical experiences are available demonstrating the ability to simulate actual load environment. This report presents test results from a pilot facility at HRB, Juelich, achieved with a redundantly suspended Spacelab Pallet Structural Model. The results are compared with presently existing requirements for a future facility for spacecraft transient testing. The identified development areas are discussed and possible improvements are listed
