Seminar Details In December 2004, the Boards of Directors of DLR and NLR have approved to enter a research alliance on Air Traffic Management (ATM) named AT-One. The signing of a letter of intent at the ATC-Maastricht fair allows the establishment of one of the largest ATM research and development co-operations worldwide. Goal is to join forces of the DLR Institute of Flight Guidance and the NLR Air Transport Division in the fields of ATM, including integrated airport processes, validation, air-ground integration, air transport policy, safety, security and environmental issues as well as human factors and training.
