This document covers the interface between the Space Segment provided by EADS Astrium and the Instrument Operations and Calibration Segment (IOCS) provided by DLR’s Microwaves and Radar Institute. It contains several SAR system related information of the TerraSAR-X spacecraft such as instrument parameters including parameter ranges, parameter formats, parameters to be characterized on-ground and conventions. The document issue on hand reflects the actual knowledge of the space segment. The supplementary documents listed in chapter 2.2 are part of this document
