This paper deals with the usage of the TDLM in the Fairchild Dornier 728JET program, the first complete aircraft application of the TDLM. At first a description of the theory of the TDLM is given. Second the procedure applied to use TDLM results during MSC/NASTRAN flutter calculations is presented. The presentation closes with a comparison of DLM and TDLM based flutter calculations
