Serious international actors like the IPCC, the UNFCCC and the WEO, highlight the need to implement sustainable energy resources as fossil fuels has contributed to increase the global CO2 emission, which again has contributed to climate change. In many parts of the developing world there is currently no access to energy services. WEO predicts that developing countries will be responsible for much of the expected increase in CO2 emissions until 2015. As a result of this much research has been focusing on the potential sustainable energy services can bring to developing countries.
