The Consumer Rights Act (CRA) 2015 clarifies and consolidates previous legislation on unfair contract terms in CRA Part 2. Previously, this area was covered by the Unfair Contract Terms Act (UCTA) 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations (UTCC Regs) 1999 SI No 2083.
