George Williams, who chaired the Victorian government’s Human Rights Consultation Committee, outlines how the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities would work AS MEMBERS of an independent committee established by the Victorian government, my colleagues and I have recommended that the state enact a Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities.
