A panel of experts will be established to advise the Government on these commissions. The new fund was the key recommendation to the Government following an independent evaluation of the \u27Art Built-In\u27 policy by Professor Michael Keniger in 2005?06. The fund will bring more focus and rigour to the commissioning of significant public art and can be accessed by Queensland Government departments and agencies; Queensland local government councils; not-for-profit arts and cultural organisations and arts and cultural festivals; and private developers
