National performance report 2008-09 - urban water utilities

The report is based on the principles of comparability, accuracy and consistency. It spans all critical performance areas of water resources - health, customer service, asset management, environmental, finance and pricing. It includes information from 73 water utilities who supply around 17.2 million Australians with their urban water services. In its fourth year of publication, this National Performance Report is the world\u27s most comprehensive and detailed document on the performance of urban water utilities.  The 2008-09 urban performance report has the following structure: Part A - comparative tables and analysis of 30 key performance indicators for all 73 utilities (with extended discussion sections on key indicators) Part B - utility by utility performance information for 117 National Water Initiative indicators (also available for download from the WSAA website) Part C - electronic excel workbook that contains 117 National Water Initiative indicators for all utilities (also available for download from the WSAA website)
