South Australia\u27s Strategic Plan (SASP) was first released in March 2004. The Plan\u27s targets reflect South Australia\u27s statewide aspirations by 2014. Targets are grouped under the following six objectives: Growing Prosperity Improving Wellbeing Attaining Sustainability Fostering Creativity and Innovation Building Communities Expanding Opportunity This report is the third progress report and aims to identify targets where progress is on track, and areas where more effort or new approaches are needed
