Over the last decades Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have entered almost all aspects of our lives. The multimedial and multimodal power of ICT allows adapting systems and services to the needs of all user groups. Access has become easier due to time and location independence of ICT based services. People with disabilities, the aging population and other groups at a disadvantage benefit most from this increased adaptability.
