This consultation paper introduces, and seeks comment on, Australia\u27s National Research Priorities. A process to refresh the National Research Priorities (NRPs) is being undertaken as recommended by the Focusing Australia’s Publicly Funded Research Review. The NRPs are: An Environmentally Sustainable Australia Promoting and Maintaining Good Health Frontier Technologies for Building and Transforming Australian Industries Safeguarding Australia. To contribute to this process, this consultation paper has been prepared by the department. The paper seeks comment on possible changes to the NRPs as shown in the document.
