The Lowy Institute held a special panel discussion on the Bali bombing, its aftermath and its impact on Australian-Indonesian relations. The panelists were: Ric Smith AO PSM, Australia’s Ambassador to Indonesia at the time of the Bali bombing. Dr Dave McRae, Research Fellow at the Lowy Institute for International Policy. Mick Keelty AO, Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police at the time of the Bali bombing.
