The Australia Council for the Arts is the Australian Government’s arts funding and advisory body, delivering more than $200 million in funding for arts organisations and artists across the country. As a statutory authority, the Australia Council\u27s powers and functions are set out in the legislation under the Australia Council Act 2013. The Strategic Plan 2014 to 2019 and the new grants model were announced on Monday 18 August.
