A review of Australia\u27s welfare system by Patrick McClure proposed that we adopt the \u27investment approach\u27 to welfare that\u27s used in New Zealand. The policy has been championed by Australia\u27s Minister for Social Services, Scott Morrison, as a way of both improving outcomes and saving money.
