This study investigated whether work relations, job satisfaction and social relations were associated with workers intention to quit. A questionnaire survey was conducted among employees recruited from a UK based company, a total of 101 employees responded whereby statistical analyses were conducted. The survey measured relations with co-workers, relations with supervisors, relations with organisation, job satisfaction and social relations. A mixed set of results was found. Although all variables were significantly correlated with intention to quit, the regression coefficient was non-significant except for job satisfaction. Interventions could be accessible to employers to discover how to reduce employee turnover intentions
