Electronic memory aids have been used successfully to give reminders to individuals with memory problems. These aids usually present short action reminders that are acknowledged by the user. The recent enhancement of handheld computers with wireless technology has rendered them multi-functional and presents an opportunity to be exploited to meet the demands of the user.
