The purpose of this research was to evaluate the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) scale before being explicitly used to measure mathematics teachers’ knowledge of technology integration in teaching and learning. A Rasch model analysis was used to evaluate these mathematics teachers’ TPACK scale. In this research, 66 secondary mathematics teachers were chosen as a sample to answer these 28 items with 5 points Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using Winsteps software to obtain the Rasch model analysis output.
