In this investigation, the effects of mild closed head injury (cHI) on resting state functional connectivity (RSFC) were observed. Resting state changes in oxy- and deoxy hemoglobin (HbO, and HbR, respectively) concentrations were measured with optical intrinsic signaling (OIS). After planned imaging of four mice sham mice, and five injured mice, we were unable to analyze data for the complete population due to hard drive issues. However, data for Mouse 1, which was a sham-injured mouse, was preserved and analyzed.
