The panorama of the rights enjoyed by the child, are addressed in this important study. First, the importance of the Convention on the Rights of the Child is presented. Second, the achievements in the Convention on the Rights of the Child is analyzed. Third, we reached the view that prevails in Peruvian law. Fourth, is discussed and analyzed to education in Peru.
