Nuevos Derechos del Niño

The panorama of the rights enjoyed by the child, are addressed in this important study. First, the importance of the Convention on the Rights of the Child is presented. Second, the achievements in the Convention on the Rights of the Child is analyzed. Third, we reached the view that prevails in Peruvian law. Fourth, is discussed and analyzed to education in Peru. Finally, it is pointed on child labor, understanding that we have as a priority "the interests of the child in all environments."El panorama de los derechos que goza el niño, son abordados en este importante estudio. Primero, se presenta la importancia de la Convención de los Derechos del Niño. Segundo, se analiza los alcances logrados en la Convención de los Derechos del Niño. Tercero, nos alcanza el panorama que se vive en la legislación peruana. Cuarto, se discute y se analiza a la educación en el Perú. Finalmente, se puntualiza sobre el trabajo infantil, entendiendo que debemos tener como prioridad “El interés superior del menor en todos los ambientes”
