El objetivo del presente estudio es hallar información sobre las tendencias tecnológicas en los biopolímeros y plásticos biodegradables y compararla, en lo posible, con la situación presentada en el año 2009. Para el análisis se utilizan herramientas de software de Vigilancia Tecnológica como el SCOPUS y como palabras clave Biopolymers y Biodegradable.
