LOS DESAFÍOS DEL ACCIONAR DOCENTE EN LA DINÁMICA DE LA GENERACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA

This article discusses the new challenges for the teacher and the pedagogical activity in the globalization context, with a special focus on technological expansion, informatics and digital era. In the first section the global positioning of the knowledge society is analyzed. Then, we focus on the importance of technology products and tools necessary for an adequate and effective teaching-learning process in the classroom. Also, there will be a detailed analysis on the characteristics of current technology creation, with a special focus on the teacher and the students creative performance. Finally, we discuss seven challenges for the teacher of the new century with the intention of enabling an effective impact on the educational process in the dynamics of the global village.El presente artículo aborda los nuevos retos para el docente y el accionar pedagógico del mismo en el marco de la globalización, como correlato de la expansión tecnológica, informática y digital. En un primer apartado analizaremos el posicionamiento a escala global de la sociedad del conocimiento. Luego, nos centraremos en la importancia de los productos tecnológicos como herramientas necesarias para un adecuado y eficaz proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el aula. Así mismo, haremos un pormenorizado análisis en torno a la caracterología de la generación tecnológica vigente tomando como eje de estudio las agencias del maestro y el desempeño creativo de los discentes. Finalmente, expondremos siete desafíos para el docente del nuevo siglo con miras de posibilitar una eficaz incidencia sobre el proceso educativo en la dinámica de la aldea global
