Se describen fósiles de una nueva área, Formación de Desejosa, en la zona de Freixo de Espada a Cinta, al noreste de Portugal, incluyendo Teichichnus rectus y el primer registro cámbrico ibérico de ichnogenus Rosselia, identificado como R. cf. Socialis. Una revisión bibliográfica del registro cambriano Rosselia revela que no hay otros restos más antiguos que los del Cámbrico 3. La presencia de Rosselia en la Formación de Desejosa añade evidencia a los informes anteriores sobre restos de trilobites de la parte superior de este mismo lugar y de esa época. Tanto Rosselia como Teichichnus son indicativos de las icnofacias cruzianas, que son representativas de un ambiente de deposición marino superficial, se dan en las condiciones de deposición...
