Watertight compartments? The progress of historiography in the treatment of the construction of the liberal state in the textbooks of history of spain for 2nd grade of baccalaureate

En el artículo se calibra la influencia de los avances de la historiografía sobre el siglo XIX español en los temas dedicados al análisis de la construcción del Estado liberal en tres manuales de Historia de España de 2º de Bachillerato regidos por la LOMCE. Se estudia la estructura de los libros de texto, sus contenidos, recursos y actividades en relación con la implementación de las competencias de pensamiento histórico.The article analyzes how it was addressed the attention to the Spanish Liberal State Building during the Nineteen Century in the recent Secondary Education History textbooks. From the study of this topic and its treatment in textbooks, it traces the problems that affect the teaching of history, as its stiffness when incorporating new historiography works from the university. This work studies the structure of textbooks, their contents, resources and activities in relation to the implementation of the historical thinking competences.peerReviewe
