PENGARUH DISIPLIN, MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRESTASI GURU SMA NEGERI 1 TELLULIMPOE DI KABUPATEN SINJAI( MOTIVATION AND DISCIPLINE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF TEACHERS SMA 1 TELLULIMPOE COUNTRY SINJAI DISTRICT )Ernawati RProgram Pascasarjana Universitas Muslim IndonesiaJalan Urip Sumoharjo No. 225 MakassarABSTRACTThe researched aimed to known and analyzed the affected of discpline, motivation and culture organization toward prestation by teacher on Senior High School State 1 Tellulimpoe Sinjai Regency and to known and analyzed the dominant between discipline, motivation and culture organization toward prestation by teacher on Senior High School State 1 Tellulimpoe Sinjai RegencyThese research applied on Senior High School State 1 Tellulimpoe Sinjai Regency, with samples as amount 62 teachers in full sampling. Data analyzed which used in descriptively to explained of research data and research description, while to analyzed of quantitative data used of Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of research to found in simultaneous to proof that the hyphothesis H0 to push and H1 to accepted namely discipline, motivation and culture organization affected in positive and significant toward prestation by teacher on Senior High School State 1 Tellulimpoe Sinjai Regency. In partially the discipline, motivation and culture organization have applied and get contribution for increasing the prestation by teacher in quantity, quality, efficient and effective. Based on the result of research to found that the motivation have dominant affected toward prestation by teacher on Senior High School State 1 Tellulimpoe Sinjai Regency. That meaned the motivation become expect for spirit by teacher from inside and outside in work optimally to achieved of prestation such as to sufficient of life need, physic need, family need, social need, job, productive and creative, whithout ignored of disciplined in learning and culture organization in school.
