GOVERNANCE DAN KEGIATAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT PERBATASAN TIMOR LESTE – INDONESIA (KASUS DAERAH ENCLAVE OECUSSE DENGAN NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR)
