Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil dan motivasi belajar siswa pada materi fluida statis melalui model pembelajaran quantum teaching. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus di kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Pengumpulan data berupa tes hasil belajar, angket motivasi belajar, dan lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 3,22% dari 70,97% menjadi 74,19%, sedangkan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 2,10% dari 75,40% menjadi 77,40 %.
