Efeito do déficit hídrico e épocas de semeadura sobre os teores e rendimentos de óleo e proteína em cultivares de soja no Tocantins

Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) today is the main source of oil for the production of biodiesel and protein as feed source, both being conditioned by genetic and environmental factors. The main environmental factor influencing the grain chemical composition is availability water and temperature. The drought affects a number of physiological processes in the soybean and leads to deterioration of the oil content and protein in the grain, especially when associated with high temperatures and especially when they occur during the reproductive period of culture. In the present study evaluated the effect of drought on different reproductive stages and sowing dates on the content and yield of oil and protein in soybeans. In each planting date (07/10/15 and 10/12/15), an experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at the Federal University of Tocantins, Palmas municipality. The experimental design used in each experiment was completely randomized in a 4x2 factorial scheme with four replications, represented by four management systems (water deficit in the flowering stage, grain filling and maturation; without water Deficit) and two cultivars (TMG132RR and TMG1288RR). The management systems and sowing dates affect the yield of oil and protein. Sowing dates had the greatest influence on oil and protein levels than those management systems. The highest levels of oil and protein were observed in the first and second sowing dates respectively. The flowering and grain filling were more sensitive to drought. The evaluated soybean cultivars showed similar response as the water deficit.A soja (Glycine max (L.) Merril) representa hoje a principal fonte de óleo para a produção de biodiesel e de proteína como fonte de alimentação animal, sendo ambos condicionados por fatores genéticos e ambientais. O principal fator ambiental que influencia a composição química do grão é a disponibilidade de água e a temperatura. O déficit hídrico afeta uma série de processos fisiológicos na soja e leva a alteração do teor de óleo e proteínas no grão, especialmente quando associado às altas temperaturas e principalmente quando ocorrem no período reprodutivo da cultura. No presente trabalho avaliou-se o efeito do déficit hídrico em diferentes estádios reprodutivos e épocas de semeadura, nos teores e rendimento de óleo e proteína em grãos de soja. Em cada época de semeadura (10/07/15 e 10/12/15), foi realizado um experimento em casa de vegetação na Universidade Federal do Tocantins, município de Palmas. O delineamento experimental utilizado em cada experimento foi inteiramente casualizado em esquema fatorial 4x2 com quatro repetições, representado por quatro sistemas de manejo (déficit hídrico nos estádios de floração, enchimento do grão e maturação; sem défict hídrico) e duas cultivares (TMG132RR e TMG1288RR). Os sistemas de manejo e as épocas de semeadura afetaram o rendimento de óleo e proteína. As épocas de semeadura tiveram maior influência nos teores de óleo e proteína do que os sistemas de manejo. Os maiores teores de óleo e proteína foram observados na primeira e segunda épocas de semeadura respectivamente. A floração e o enchimento de grãos foram mais sensíveis ao déficit hídrico.
