The problem under study is the small business trade sector in Cirebon City and Regency and the factors that influence it, namely: managment of funding, membership and financing of sharia cooperative, sharia cooperative performance and productive fiancing distribution. The rising of the sharia cooperative performance as the objective of sharia cooperative management that required for the improvement of financing produvtive distribution and empowerment of small business trade sector.
