The Corrosion of the United State\u27s Hegemony Due to Rising Cyber Warfare

Towards the ending of World War II and the years following, the United States became a global hegemony. Our country had vital roles in both the creations of post war world organizations, such as the United Nations, and in the revitalization of Europe\u27s economy. These factors led to the booming American economy, and the prosperity in technology innovations and policy making. With the mastering of technology, however, the definition of world dominance is being re-defined. In the 21st Century, a country\u27s strength not only includes military prowess, it also relates to its technological assets. Countries such as Russia and China have stepped up to the United States through cyber breaching. My presentation will go through the developments that led to our country\u27s current global hegemony and factors that can reverse these advancements.
