The study aims to set up the conceptual and theoretical framework to outlook skills in the labor market, and to produce results of skills outlook on the ground of the framework. This study is the third-year report of the ten-year project being pursued by KRIVET. The key contents of this project contain four areas such as two skills surveys about employers and individuals, the development of skills mismatch index, and the establishment of model to forecast the demand for skills and supply of skills.
