Trust, cooperation, and self-efficacy. A research with Sicilian entrepreneurs

El objetivo de nuestra investigación era encontrar la relación entre el autoconcepto y el territorio potencial. En particular, hemos cuestionado si el autoconcepto, la autoeficacia y la capacidad metacognitiva de los empresarios sicilianos se correlacionan con la confianza en la institución de la región de Sicilia. Además, si hubo una correlación positiva entre los altos niveles en estas construcciones y la confianza en otras empresas sicilianas. Al final, cuestionamos si los emprendedores, que tienen altos niveles de autoconcepto, autoeficacia y capacidad metacognitiva, eran buenos para ver y comprender Sicilia. Particularly, we have provided if the self-concept, self-efficacy and metacognitive ability of Sicilian entrepreneurs correlate with trust in Sicily Region institution. Moreover, if there was a positive correlation between high levels in these constructs and trust in another Sicilian firms. In the end, we provided if entrepreneurs, which have high levels in self-concept, self-efficacy and metacognitive ability, were good at seeing and understanding Sicily.
