The distinctive trait of this study on corporate entrepreneurship in family business resides in the focus on the temporal dimension. The three circle model of family business is affected by temporal dynamics, so that corporate entrepreneurship may be function of the development, and not just the interaction, of the dimensions that characterize a family firm, namely family, ownership and business.
