The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of book of Scientific - Inquiry (SI) learning model which has been developed by Jusniar (2015) with an average of 3.20 with a coefficient of expert judgment index equal to a valid category, the practicality of the perception of the average student 89.47% and the average teacher 90.05% who responded positively to the application of models and tools.
